About The Evaluation Guy

Over the past 20 years, I have helped faculty, staff, and administrators at over 500 colleges and learning organizations to use timely, meaningful, and accurate feedback to improve teaching and learning, increase student satisfaction and retention, and save time and money on the evaluation process. I created this website because not only do many of the same conversations occur on every campus, but problems discussed at many schools have already been addressed and resolved 5 or 10 years ago! Hopefully I can fill this website with all that I have learned along the way, as well as continue to update it daily with news, solutions, and success stories gathered from my own research and that of my partners and colleagues.
